Cheese Toast with Black Pepper

| 2 slices, thick-cut white bread |
| 2 oz, grated cheese mix |
| 0.7 oz, Parmigiano Reggiano |
| Black pepper |

Directions

- Break up the Parmigiano Reggiano into ¼ inch cubes. Scatter the Parmigiano Reggiano and the grated cheese over the bread.
- Toast the slices on pizza mode for 3 minutes.
- Add black pepper to taste.
