BALMUDA, Inc. (“BALMUDA”) offers customers who are not satisfied with our products purchased directly from BALMUDA’s website https://www.us.balmuda.com/ (the “Website”) the option to return such products in accordance with the terms, conditions, and procedures as set forth in this document (this “Policy”). This Policy is applicable only to those BALMUDA products purchased from the Website. BALMUDA does not accept returns of products purchased from any other websites or sellers.
Return Period and Return Merchandise Authorization.
BALMUDA accepts returns of unused products with accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included in the original packaging.
To request a return, please contact BALMUDA Support at US.BALMUDA.COM or call 833-333-1033 within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product (the “Reporting Period”) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). Each RMA is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance (the “Return Period”), during which time the products must be sent to the authorized return center. The address of the authorized return center will be provided along with the RMA. BALMUDA reserves the right to refuse delivery of any product returned to it without a valid RMA, or with a postmarked date after the expiration of the Return Period.
If your purchase is unused and returnable, and the products are returned in their original protective packaging and cartons (inner and outer cartons), including all accessories, manuals, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original packaging, along with a valid RMA, BALMUDA will refund the purchase price of validly returned products. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for original purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable and BALMUDA will not accept returns of purchased accessories.
Conditions for Product Return.
Please note that BALMUDA does not accept or offer refunds for any products that have been used and/or damaged (including without limitation, any damage caused by wear and tear or customer’s misuse), or are in an unsellable condition, as determined by BALMUDA; however, in limited circumstance, BALMUDA may in its sole discretion decide to accept those products not otherwise returnable under this Policy, and provide partial refunds after deducting the cost of shipping, repairs, handling, and other incurred fees. In the event that a customer believes the product was damaged in shipping, the customer should prepare proof of damage (including time-stamped photographic evidence) and promptly contact BALMUDA Support to discuss eligibility for return of the product under this Policy.
Products must be returned in new and unused condition with all accessories, manuals, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original packaging. Please note that BALMUDA does not accept or offer refunds for partial returns; however, BALMUDA may, in its sole discretion, provide partial refunds for such returns after deducting the cost of replacement of the missing parts.

Return Shipping Fee.
Upon issuance of an RMA, customers are provided with a return shipment label for use. Return shipping is free to customers who use this label to make returns. If the return label issued by BALMUDA is not used by a customer, such customer shall be responsible for the payment of costs associated with product return shipment and insurance, if desired. If a return shipment to BALMUDA is made by the “cash on delivery” method by a customer, BALMUDA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either refuse the delivery or deduct any shipping amount paid from the refund.
Applicable Law, Venue and Limitation of Actions.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, notwithstanding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. Regardless of where the Website is accessed, any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be conclusively adjudicated in a binding arbitration, held in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association by a single arbitrator in Atlanta, Georgia.
Right to Modify; Severability.
BALMUDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify this Policy, with or without advance notice, from time to time. If any provision of this Policy is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of the Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
