BALMUDA The Toaster Pro combines our signature steam technology with precise heat control for exceptional results in every dish. This next-generation steam toaster oven features updated heat modes and introduces Salamander Grill Mode, inspired by professional kitchen broilers, for golden, flavor-packed finishes at home.

Steam technology: Simply pour five cc’s of water at the start of each toast. Heating more rapidly than air, a thin layer of steam envelops the bread, lightly toasting its surface, while keeping its inner moisture and flavor from escaping.

Temperature regulation: Precise control of three temperature zones creates superb contrasts of flavor and texture. This will ensure a crisp and savory surface, while retaining a moist and fluffy inside.

The modes: BALMUDA The Toaster Pro features Shokupan Mode, Golden Toast Mode, Pizza Mode, Croissant Mode, Oven Mode (350°F, 400°F, 450°F) and Salamander Grill Mode.

LOVE my Balmuda Pro

When I bought my current home, it didn't come with a microwave, and I chose not to purchase one as I was finding plenty of easy ways to heat things up that didn't turn my food into hot rubber. Not to mention, I had lots of lovely counter space that I didn't want to crowd with bulky, single-purpose appliances. I cook often and love a good kitchen tool, but I try to be intentional about what I bring into my space and the Balmuda literally checks every box for me. It's beautiful, compact, simple, easy to clean, and does far more than just toast. That said... toast alone is incredible, thanks to the steam feature.

I read a ton of reviews and watched many videos before spending nearly $400 on it but I can confidently say now - it was worth it. I've only had it for a few weeks and I've used it almost daily for a variety of different things. It doesn't fit a whole chicken like some toaster ovens advertise, and it doesn't air fry, but my conventional oven can do all of those things so that's not what I was after. In my opinion - The Balmuda Pro is the perfect combination between a toaster, and a toaster oven, and easily the best looking one out there. Great purchase - highly recommend.

The Toaster Pro is a great upgrade!

After having purchased the original Balmuda Toaster we decided on this latest Toaster Pro for our retirement home. It is definitely an improvement but all the Balmuda products are awesome! We love the Single Brew Coffee Maker too!

Thoughts from an Original Balmuda Toaster Owner

We were long time (and frequent) users of the original toaster, so when we saw the pro version, we decided to upgrade. So far, we notice that the pro toaster’s heat is hotter. We are noticing crispier bread and waffles with the same amount of toast time. We are not 100% sure but it does seem there is less vertical clearance inside the toaster between the rack and the upper burner. Overall we are happy with the upgrade, though we deduct one star for Balmuda no longer including the metal tray which we use very often. Thankfully we just use the tray that came with the original toaster.
