  • Free promotional gifts are open to those customers who are 18 or older at the time of purchase.

  • The promotional gift with purchase is provided for a purchase of BALMUDA The Brew, on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last.

  • The promotional gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

  • Only one promotional gift per order for the duration of the offer or promotion.

  • Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the BALMUDA online store at https://us.balmuda.com/  while supplies last, and only during the promotional period, from September 26 until November 17, 2024, 11:59 pm PT, indicated in the relevant promotional banner or accompanying disclosures.

  • The promotional gift may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we may run on our website, unless otherwise stated.

  • The promotional gift will not appear in your online shopping cart. You will receive an email from BALMUDA with a form link. You will need to fill out the form to receive the free gift from Parlor Coffee.

  • Promotional gifts are subject to all applicable laws and void where prohibited.

  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of BALMUDA is final.
