Spicy Chorizo & Cheddar Cheese Open Sandwich

| Soft baguette (6 inches long) |
| 6 chorizos (each 4 inches long) |
| 0.7 oz cheddar cheese |
| 2 tablespoon ketchup |
| 1/2 onion (for sauté) |
| 1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
| Salt |
| 1/4 onion (for garnish) |
| 1 tomato |
| 2 pickles |
| Cayenne pepper |
Directions
Ready in 15 min
- Chop the onions (for sauté and garnish), tomato, and pickles into small pieces. Cut chorizos into 0.4 inch thick pieces.
- Grease the frying pan with oil. Sauté the chorizos and chopped onion until brown, then add ketchup. Add salt as you like.
- Cut baguette into two pieces (horizontally) and top with the sautéed mixture and cheddar cheese.
- Toast on Pizza Mode for 3-4 minutes.
- Top with onion, tomato, and pickles as you please. Sprinkle cayenne pepper if you want to make it spicier.
