Smoked Salmon and
Sour Cream Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

| 2 bagels, halved |
| 6 slices smoked salmon |
| 1/4 onion, sliced thin |
| 1.4 oz sour cream |
| 2 cornichon pickles, sliced long |
| Whole grain mustard |
| Black pepper |
| Dill |

Directions
Ready in 10 min
- Slice the onion. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise.
- Cut the bagels in half horizontally and toast on Golden Toast Mode for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Spread sour cream on the bottom half of the toasted bagel. Add salmon, pickles, dill, and mustard. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the top half of the bagel.
