Smoked Salmon and
Sour Cream Bagel Sandwich
The fresh aroma of dill and the tartness of sour cream and whole grain mustard will perk up your appetite. Lightly toasting the bagels adds delicious texture and flavor.
|Smoked salmon||6 slices|
|Sour cream||40 g [2 to 3 tbsp]|
|Whole grain mustard||
Cooking time: 10 minutes
- Slice the onion. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise.
- Cut the bagels in half horizontally and toast them. (Pizza Mode: 4 to 5 min.)
- Spread sour cream on the bottom half of the toasted bagel. Add salmon, pickles, dill, and mustard. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the top half of the bagel.
