Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

| 2.8 oz milk chocolate |
| 0.7 oz butter |
| 2 eggs |
| 2 tablespoons, flour |
| 2 tablespoons, sugar |
| Powdered sugar |

Directions
Ready in 20 min
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, or a bowl over hot water.
- Preheat the toaster at 350°F for 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, add and beat the eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add the mixture from 1.
- Sift flour into 3 and mix well.
- Pour the batter from 4 into a heat resistant dish ⅘ of the way. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve hot or chilled.
