Apple and Cream Cheese Toast

An exquisite blend of textures and tastes, from crunchy toast and tart, tender apple to rich, smooth cream cheese.



Serves 2

2 slices, fruit and nut bread
2 tablespoons, cream cheese
1/4 apple
1 tablespoon, sugar
1 tablespoon, lemon juice
Maple syrup

*Recommended thickness of the bread: about ½ inch (1.5 cm) thick.

Ready in 20 min

  • Cut the apple into thin slices. Combine with the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Arrange the apple slices on top.
  • Scatter pieces of butter and finely chopped walnuts on top of [2] and toast on pizza mode for 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Transfer to a plate. Drizzle with maple syrup.
