BALMUDA The Brew

After trying several methods, the Brew makes the best cup of coffee we've ever had! Not sure how they managed it, but it is truly the best ever! Glad we decided to indulge ourselves!

BTW we love the Toaster as well, only wish both appliances were a bit larger to accommodate bigger proportions.

I purchased another brand to start - something about 1/2 the cost. Did not like the look or results - the drip rate could not be changed (and was too fast), so if you like your coffee strong, it would overflow. So, returned and decided to just go with Balmuda. I have used this every day for months... produces a perfect pot each time. I set it to Strong / Large with two scoops of coffee on medium to fine coffee grinds. Anyhow, the sounds, the smells, the experience of watching and listening. Such a great way to start the day (and sometimes the afternoon). Anyhow, loved it so much, I bought one for my sister and her husband and they love it too. Same feedback - a great cup of coffee (and they love their coffee).

Let me start by saying I have had so many different coffee appliances from drip coffee to some of the best espresso machines out there & this is by far the best coffee I have ever had. It's SO easy to use & makes the best coffee every time. I use the organic breakfast beans from Sams club with some Elmhurst Cashew milk and a little cinnamon (maybe a dash of maple syrup if I want more of a treat). OH MY GOSH. 10/10 I cannot recommend this machine enough.

I hesitated to buy this machine as I was well versed in traditional pour over. I was impressed at the engineering that went into manufacturing this machine. I was more impressed at the consistent and delightful coffee that resulted. It is a splurge but for coffee lovers is a gem. As long as it lasts over time with proper maintenance (cleaning), it will be well worth the cost.

I have used Kona Pea erry beans from Hualalai Estate and didn't think the coffee could ever taste better. The Brew has upped the game on pour over coffee. Highly recommend The Brew to anyone who appreciates a great cup of coffee.
