2 bagels, halved
6 slices smoked salmon
1/4 onion, sliced thin
1.4 oz sour cream
2 cornichon pickles, sliced long
Whole grain mustard
Black pepper
Dill

  • Slice the onion. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise.
  • Cut the bagels in half horizontally and toast on pizza mode for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Spread sour cream on the bottom half of the toasted bagel. Add salmon, pickles, dill, and mustard. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the top half of the bagel.
